India Pale Ale is a style that originated in England well over 100 years ago.  IPAs were brewed to withstand the long ocean voyages in order to keep the troops stationed in India supplied in proper English Ale. We of course had to do this beer one better.  Our version is a West Coast interpretation of this classic style. Aggressive bitter hopping and dry hopping provide a big upfront bite but with a very floral nose, laden with citrus, pine, and herbal notes.  We use Magnum hops for a nice clean bittering and Simcoe, Ahtanum, and Amarillo in dry hopping for that wondrous nose. This is a true hopheads dream.
