Human Resources Director
The Director of Human Resources manages all Human Resource functions within the company, including proactively engaging in employee relations issues, managing candidate selection and employee development activities; and managing programs, policies and procedures in support of our business culture, and promoting a “fun” culture within the company.

In your role as General Market Sales Representative you are primarily responsible for increasing Bay Area Beverage’s brands presence, visibility and sales within a selected group of General Market accounts by managing customer relationships, maintaining proper inventory levels and writing great sales orders.
The Business Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support to the Sales and Operations Analyst, General Sales Manager, and General Manager. The Coordinator is expected to demonstrate a polished, professional demeanor and exercise a high degree of confidentiality.
Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for profitably growing our inside sales channel by making daily outbound calls to our customers. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated passion for managing relationships, building business and providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.
Loading Team Members work independently and as part of a team and are responsible for the accurate, efficient and timely voice picking, filling and loading of all beverage item orders in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. Bay Area Beverage uses a voice pick system that requires you to wear a headset and you are then directed by the Warehouse Management System voice on what product to pick and load onto a pallet.
