The Credit and Collections Specialist is primarily responsible for auditing and reconciling the driver check-in process to resolve any billing discrepancies, contacting customers for collection and resolution of discrepancies as well as answering sales and delivery questions via phone throughout the day. The Draught Tech is primarily responsible for driving a company vehicle to deliver, merchandise, and service specific draught accounts, maintaining the quality of BABCO products, while being responsible for safe company vehicle operation and the return of all monies, draught equipment, unsold product and empties.
Relief Sales Representative
In your role as Relief Sales, you are primarily responsible for increasing the presence, visibility and sales of Bay Area Beverage’s brands within a selected group of chain, general market, and on premise accounts. You accomplish this by managing customer relationships, maintaining proper inventory levels and writing great sales orders.
Are you a team player with attention to detail? Bay Area Beverage Company is looking for an Inventory Control Administrator who will monitor and ensure the accuracy of inventory movement in our warehouse (including performing daily warehouse cycle and targeted inventory counts). This person will also lead the weekly inventory count and ensure that all count processes are accurate and being conducted per Bay Area Beverage policy.
Loading Team Member – Swing Shift
Loading Team Members work independently and as part of a team and are responsible for the accurate, efficient and timely voice picking, filling and loading of all beverage item orders in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. Bay Area Beverage uses a voice pick system that requires you to wear a headset and you are then directed by the Warehouse Management System voice on what product to pick and load onto a pallet.
